Our church fast is an intentional time set aside for prayer and fasting, creating space for spiritual renewal and growth. Through daily prayer focuses, we believe God will meet us personally and corporately. The fast will be observed daily from 6am to 6pm, with participants choosing either a liquid-only fast or fruits and vegetables.
