Stephen Brown Sr.
Pastor Steve Brown serves as the Senior Pastor of LifeConnect Community. He has been in ministry for twenty-five years serving in the areas of music ministry, youth ministry, young adult ministry and as an assistant pastor for the past ten years. Pastor Brown has a passion for serving others and seeing God change lives which is what fueled him to pursue his Master’s Degree in Christian Education from the Carolina University of Theology. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Hampton University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Liberty University. Pastor Brown and his wife Nicole Brown have been married for 25 years and are the proud parents of Stephen Jr., Nikki, Stephanie and their godson Ricky.
Nikki Brown
For over 27 years Pastor Nikki has served the
Woodbridge, VA community by providing quality
childcare as the Founder and CEO of Nikki’s
Christian Daycare and Learning Centers. She is also
the owner and operator of Nikki B. Jewels, a
jewelry and accessories company. Pastor Nikki has
a passion for not only helping people but also
empowering them to pursue their goals and
dreams. That is what prompted her to become a
certified John Maxwell Certified Coach, specializing
in Parenting and Family. She is also a graduate of
the Steve Harvey School of Business. Pastor Nikki
believes in having Christ at the center of all that she does. She is a true
worshipper of God and has used her gift of singing most of her life to
encourage the body of Christ.
